We’re looking for an Operations Manager to help shape how we continue to expand and operate across the globe. You’ll work on high-impact initiatives throughout the business, using insight to solve challenges, scale processes, and deliver better outcomes for our customers.

What you'll be doing

• Liaising with teams, such as Legal, Compliance, Technology, Risk, and Finance, and London HQ, on analysing and defining the banking strategy for Revolut in Ireland
• Defining playbooks and processes for hyper-growth
• Managing and developing critical vendor relationships and strategic partnerships
• Identifying and developing key banking products and features, as well as operational and growth opportunities

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience
• A solid track record of achievement, having quickly assumed responsibilities or won competition awards (can be any academic, professional, and/or sport)
• The ability to break complex problems into smaller ones
• To enjoy working with data
• To be curious by nature and interested in making an impact

Nice to have

• Experience with data tools, such as SQL or Excel
