Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for an International Sales Manager. The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing daily operations, supervising team performance, ensuring compliance with operational policies, and improving workflow efficiency. Key responsibilities will include overseeing projects, optimizing internal processes, coordinating with clients to ensure timely service delivery, managing resources, and resolving operational issues. Collaboration with different departments to drive effective business strategies and ensuring smooth organizational functioning will also be a priority.

Qualifications

Operational and process management skills, including workflow optimization, resource allocation, and team supervision

Sales and Performance Of Team Within and Outside India.

Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities and deadlines

Customer relationship management and client coordination experience

Problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution expertise

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to monitor operational efficiency

Familiarity with compliance regulations and business processes, especially in business setup services, is a plus

Proactive attitude and ability to work effectively in an on-site environment
