Role Description The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure high standards of food quality, service, hygiene, and customer satisfaction. This full-time, on-site role is based in New Delhi and includes managing staff schedules, supervising floor operations, and coordinating with kitchen and service teams. The person in this role will monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and control costs related to food, labor, and wastage. They will implement and maintain SOPs, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and handle operational issues in real time. The Operations Manager will also analyze sales and performance reports, support new initiatives, and collaborate with leadership on improvements and expansion plans.
Qualifications
  • Experience in restaurant or hospitality operations, including shift management, staff supervision, and customer service.
  • Strong skills in inventory management, vendor coordination, and basic cost control.
  • Ability to implement and uphold standard operating procedures, food safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Proficiency in using POS systems and basic MS Office or similar tools for reporting and analysis.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution abilities to guide diverse teams.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the capacity to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
  • Prior experience in QSR, casual dining, or multi-outlet food brands is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
