About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic Operations Manager who can take ownership of driving performance, efficiency, and growth across our clubs and operations network. You will work closely with internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders to deliver operational excellence, drive revenue growth, and ensure smooth execution across venues and projects.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, loves solving complex problems, and has a bias for action. You will be the bridge between business goals and on-ground execution.

About The Role

You will work closely with internal teams, partners, and external stakeholders to deliver operational excellence, drive revenue growth, and ensure smooth execution across venues and projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Stakeholder & Team Management
- Build strong relationships with club owners, vendors, coaches, and internal teams.
- Manage and mentor on-ground teams across multiple venues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate with marketing, tech, and business development teams for aligned execution.
- Revenue Growth & Optimization
- Identify and implement revenue growth opportunities across clubs — memberships, events, F&B, and retail.
- Monitor P&L performance per club; drive actions to improve occupancy and profitability.
- Execute data-driven campaigns and local activations to boost usage and retention.
- Data Analysis & Insights
- Track performance metrics and operational KPIs across venues.
- Build and maintain dashboards for revenue, OPEX, utilization, and customer satisfaction.
- Use insights to drive efficiency, forecast trends, and present monthly reviews.
- Project & Program Management
- Plan and execute new club launches, events, and cross-functional projects on tight timelines.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, SLAs, and operational best practices.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and partners for seamless project delivery.
- Problem Solving & Process Improvement
- Act as the first line of resolution for on-ground challenges and escalations.
- Optimize processes for better customer experience and cost efficiency.
- Continuously improve operational systems to support rapid scaling.
- 4–7 years of experience in operations, project/program management, or business growth roles (preferably in sports, hospitality, or startup ecosystem).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset — able to turn data into action.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Hustler attitude with a “get things done” mindset and ownership mentality.
- Hands-on with Google Sheets, Excel, dashboards, and project management tools.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and passionate about building something from scratch.
