We are seeking a proactive and organized Operations Manager to join our team in Chikkamagaluru. This full-time, on-site role focuses on overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring quality services, and optimizing operational efficiency. Responsibilities include coordinating with various teams to ensure smooth functioning, supervising property maintenance, managing guest experiences, and driving process improvements to enhance organizational performance. The Operations Manager will also monitor budgets, ensure compliance with company procedures, and maintain relationships with both homeowners and service providers to deliver exceptional hospitality solutions.
- Operational Management: Experience in operations, team management, and overseeing end-to-end processes.
- Hospitality Skills: Strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards, guest satisfaction, and service excellence.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Clear verbal and written communication, and an ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze operational challenges, identify solutions, and implement improvements effectively.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with operational software and technology-driven tools for property and team management.
- Organizational Skills: Strong time management, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities to ensure seamless operations.
- Flexibility and Leadership: Adaptability to dynamic environments with leadership capabilities to inspire and guide teams.
- Relevant Education: A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Industry Experience: Previous experience in luxury hospitality, property management, or travel/tourism is an advantage.
