Job Description
Dhee Coding Lab is seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple branches. The role involves managing branch operations, coordinating with office attendants and administrative staff, supervising construction and infrastructure activities, handling vendor management including procurement and finalization through multiple quotations, and ensuring effective use and management of the organization’s CRM systems.
- Oversee daily operations across all branches.
- Ensure smooth administrative and facility functioning.
- Conduct regular branch visits and operational audits.
- Maintain operational standards and compliance across branches.
- Supervise Office Attendants, Admin Assistants, and support staff.
- Assign and monitor tasks to ensure timely completion.
- Ensure discipline, attendance tracking, and performance monitoring.
- Act as a coordination bridge between management and branch teams.
- Identify and onboard vendors for operational and infrastructure requirements.
- Obtain multiple quotations and conduct comparative analysis.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
- Finalize vendors with management approval.
- Maintain vendor contracts, billing records, and documentation.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure service quality.
- Oversee construction, renovation, and branch setup projects.
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections and provide regular progress reports.
- Manage and oversee the usage of various CRM software and operational management tools used by the organization.
- Ensure proper data entry, tracking, and reporting across all branches.
- Monitor lead management, student/customer data, and operational workflows within the CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve CRM-related issues and ensure efficient system usage.
- Generate reports and analytics from CRM platforms for management review.
- Monitor operational expenses and implement cost-control measures.
- Prepare operational MIS and management reports.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance across branches.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in operations management.
- Experience in multi-branch operations and vendor management.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and operational management tools.
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and coordination skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and execution ability.
- Willingness to travel between branches when required.
Compensation will be as per market standards and based on the candidate’s experience, expertise, and skill set.
