Role: Operations Manager
Location:Thane, Mumbai
Work from Office, Mon-Sat
Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly driven Operations Manager to lead and streamline our day-to-day operations in a fast-paced startup environment. This role requires someone who can build processes, manage cross-functional teams, and drive operational excellence with a strong ownership mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end operations ensuring smooth execution across functions

  • Set up tools and design scalable processes to improve efficiency and productivity

  • Drive data-driven decision-making through MIS, dashboards, and performance tracking

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Product, HR, Finance) and external partners

  • Lead and manage teams, ensuring high performance and accountability

  • Solve operational challenges with a proactive and execution-focused approach

  • Take ownership across multiple functions and operate beyond defined roles when required

  • Lead, mentor, and manage teams with maturity and empathy, fostering a high-performance culture

  • Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges with a strong problem-solving and execution mindset

  • Take ownership across functions, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic startup environment

  • Ensure a strong focus on customer success, improving overall experience and handling escalations effectively

  • Maintain flexibility in working hours based on business needs and operational priorities

  • Build a positive team environment through effective people management and interpersonal skills




Requirements

Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment

  • Exposure to operations tools / CRM / project management platforms

  • Proven track record of process improvements and impact-driven results
