Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, manage high-value clients, coordinate with vendors, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring seamless operational efficiency, and identifying new business opportunities to enhance profitability. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain relationships with high-profile and corporate clients to ensure exceptional service and long-term partnerships.
  • Oversee vendor management, including selection, onboarding, negotiations, and performance monitoring.
  • Ensure smooth daily operational management of the facility and services.
  • Identify and execute revenue generation opportunities such as partnerships, leasing opportunities, events, and service upselling.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to maintain operational excellence and service quality.
  • Monitor operational KPIs, budgets, and cost controls to maximise profitability.
  • Resolve escalations from clients or vendors efficiently and professionally.
  • Prepare operational and revenue reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, contracts, and service-level agreements.
  • Support marketing or promotional initiatives that increase footfall and business opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, Operations, or related field.
  • 4–8 years of experience in operations management, client servicing, or vendor management.
  • Experience handling premium or corporate clients is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to generate revenue through partnerships or business development initiatives.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple vendors and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
