Website: www.balajihospitality.in Role Description We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee and manage our Indore operations. This role requires a dynamic leader who can ensure smooth day-to-day functioning, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive operational excellence. The Operations Manager will be responsible for: Supervising daily operations and outlet performance Managing and motivating staff, including scheduling and training Monitoring and optimizing inventory control and supply chain processes Maintaining compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards Preparing and managing budgets, ensuring cost efficiency Developing and implementing operational strategies for growth Ensuring a high level of customer service and guest satisfaction Coordinating with internal teams and vendors for seamless operations Qualifications Bachelor?s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred) Proven experience in staff management and team leadership Strong knowledge of inventory control and supply chain management Financial acumen for budget preparation and cost control Ability to develop, implement, and monitor operational strategies Strong understanding of safety, hygiene, and quality compliance in the F&B sector Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Effective communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities Prior experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is a plus
