Operations Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Operations Team Lead to oversee and

optimize our end-to-end supply chain, logistics, and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

 Work closely with senior management to ensure smooth supply chain, logistics, and

freight operations.

 Develop and execute operations, supply chain, and logistics plans for domestic and

international markets.

 Manage vendors and partners for seamless delivery.

 Drive process improvements for efficiency.

 Monitor KPIs and report performance.

 Identify and mitigate operational risks.

 Ensure regulatory compliance.

 Coordinate with distribution and retail partners.

 Work with manufacturers for quality and cost efficiency.

 Forecast demand and plan schedules.

 Focus on BOM planning and profitability.

 Collaborate with Sales, BD, and Support teams. Requirements

 Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.

 5–8 years of relevant experience.

 Strong logistics and vendor management knowledge.

 Analytical and problem-solving skills.

 Leadership and stakeholder management.

 Proficiency in Excel and ERP tools.

Added preference

 Experience in Sports or fitness industry.

 Exposure to international shipping.

 Familiarity with planning and forecasting.
