Operations Internship in Mumbai, Bhubaneswar, Gurgaon

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Support customer projects by coordinating the roll-out of assessments/surveys, etc.
• Create/modify/present reports to internal stakeholders using Microsoft Excel/other tools
• Document the status of all queries received, track them to closure, and regularly communicate the status of query resolutions to internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
• Understand and document all client queries that are received through different communication channels such as calls/emails etc.
• Resolve client queries, and communicate the resolution, to clients within defined SLAs
• Ensure smooth project delivery by executing all other operations-related tasks
