Role Description

This full-time on-site role of Operations Executive is based in Ernakulam. The role involves managing daily operations, coordinating tasks among teams, streamlining processes, and ensuring operational efficiency. Responsibilities include data analysis, oversight of operational workflows, and providing support to internal teams for smooth functioning. The Operations Executive will also manage communication and foster relationships with stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives.

Qualifications

Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to facilitate team collaboration and stakeholder engagement
Expertise in Operations and Operations Management to oversee and improve workflows
Analytical Skills to evaluate data and optimize processes proactively
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative on-site environment
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
Previous experience in financial services or NBFC operations is an added advantage
