Job Title: Operations Executive – Supply Chain

Department: Operations / Supply Chain

Location: Ahmedabad

Reporting To: Operations Manager / Supply Chain Lead

Job Purpose

The Operations Executive – Supply Chain will be responsible for end-to-end order fulfilment, inventory management, marketplace coordination, and logistics operations. The role ensures timely dispatch, accurate inventory allocation, smooth marketplace integrations, and adherence to defined SLAs across D2C and marketplace channels such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and Shiprocket.

Key Responsibilities

  • Order Management & Fulfilment
    • Capture and process orders from multiple sources including:
    • LeadSquared
    • Individual device order forms
    • Email orders
    • Punch and process orders in Shiprocket and ensure correct warehouse allocation.
    • Monitor pickup status with courier partners and resolve pickup failures or delays.
    • Ensure timely dispatch of all orders and adherence to order fulfilment SLAs.
    • Track EDD (Estimated Delivery Date) and flag potential breaches.
    • Share breach updates with customer support and send delay notifications to customers when required.
  • Inventory Management & Stock Allocation
    • Manage daily inventory allocation across warehouses and marketplaces.
    • Monitor stock levels and prevent overselling or stockouts.
    • Coordinate RTV (Return to Vendor) processes and inventory splits.
    • Maintain accurate records for:
    • Purchase Orders (PO)
    • Stock Transfer Notes (STN)
    • RTV movements
    • Inwarding and GRNs
    • Share bi-weekly inventory status reports with internal stakeholders.
  • Amazon & Marketplace Fulfilment
    • Support Amazon fulfilment operations including stock planning and allocation.
    • Coordinate with marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify) to resolve order or inventory discrepancies.
    • Assist with product listing and catalogue-related operational issues.
    • Ensure system sync between marketplaces, Shiprocket, and warehouse systems.
  • Returns, RTO & Reverse Logistics
    • Monitor returns and RTO (Return to Origin) shipments.
    • Coordinate with warehouse and finance teams for RTO inventory adjustments.
    • Ensure accurate inwarding of returned inventory.
    • Share RTO-related updates with finance and MIS teams.
  • Systems & Integration Management
    • Handle integration-related issues across:
    • Shiprocket
    • Amazon
    • Flipkart
    • Shopify
    • Blinkit
    • Tata 1mg
    • And more
    • Ensure smooth data flow between marketplaces and warehouse systems.
    • Manage Shiprocket wallet recharges and monitor account balance to avoid dispatch delays.
  • Reporting & Communication
    • Share regular reports including:
    • Inventory status (bi-weekly)
    • Order fulfilment breaches
    • Delay and SLA deviation reports
    • Communicate proactively with:
    • Customer Support
    • Finance
    • MIS
    • Warehouse teams
    • Support approvals and documentation for RTVs, GRNs, and inventory adjustments.

  • RTO & return rate control
  • COD reconciliation accuracy
  • Marketplace order and inventory sync health


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of D2C & marketplace supply chain operations
  • Hands-on experience with Shiprocket and marketplace dashboards
  • Knowledge of inventory management, RTVs, RTOs, and COD processes
  • Good analytical and reporting skills (Excel / Google Sheets)
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or Logistics operations roles
  • Prior experience with Amazon/Flipkart seller operations is a plus
