Position Overview:
The Operations Executive will play a pivotal role in supporting and managing the administrative, financial, and human resource functions of the company. This position offers hands-on training with cutting-edge business automation software, providing a unique learning opportunity for candidates looking to kickstart their career in operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage office administration, inventory, facilities, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure documentation, scheduling, compliance, and process improvements.
• Handle invoicing, expense tracking, petty cash, vendor payments, and financial reports.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, payroll inputs, employee records, and engagement activities.
• Utilize business automation tools to streamline workflows and generate MIS reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in Operations, Administration, HR, Finance Coordination, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, HR and finance processes.
• Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
