Job Title: Operations Executive

Position: Full-time, Onsite role in Pune

Experience: 1-3 Years

Salary: ₹4 LPA to ₹7 LPA

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive Operations Executive to lead teams, execute tasks, and ensure smooth project execution. This role is crucial to achieving Indian Farmer’s mission of empowering farmers and shaping the future of agriculture.

Key Responsibilities:

∙ Team Leadership: Lead content and course teams, fostering collaboration and accountability. ∙ Task Execution & Management: Execute tasks while managing team workflows, prioritization, and deadlines.

∙ Project Ownership: Plan projects, set timelines, and ensure timely delivery.

∙ Performance & KPI Management: Track KPIs, evaluate performance, and provide actionable feedback.

∙ Operational Efficiency: Drive process improvements and resource optimization. ∙ Problem Solving: Anticipate challenges and implement effective solutions.

Qualifications:

Experience: 1-3 years in operations, project management, or team coordination roles.
Skills: Strong organizational, multitasking, and planning abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with tools like Asana, Google Workspace, and AI productivity solutions.
Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi is required.
