Role Overview

Aliste Technologies is looking for an agile Operations Executive to manage day-to-day smart home automation deployments. You will bridge the gap between our inventory, field technicians, and customers to ensure seamless, on-time installations and top-tier service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Field Coordination: Schedule site surveys and installations; allocate daily tasks to field technicians and track their real-time progress.
• Inventory Control: Track stock levels of IoT devices (smart switches, hubs, etc.), issue daily materials to tech teams, and handle vendor logistics.
• Service Delivery: Ensure technicians follow standard setup protocols, meet Turnaround Times (TAT), and resolve initial post-installation issues.
• Reporting: Maintain clean installation logs and inventory data on Google Sheets/CRM, reporting weekly metrics to management.
  
  

Requirements

• 1–3 years in operations, logistics, or field service management (Startup or electronics background is a plus).
• Highly proficient in Excel / Google Sheets and CRM tools.
• Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi) to manage both premium clients and ground-level technicians.
• Strong problem-solving skills to handle real-time scheduling conflicts.
