Operations Executive

As an Operations Executive, you will be the central engine of our daily workflow. You will act as the sole point of contact for operational logistics, ensuring that every order—from upload to delivery—moves seamlessly. This role requires a mix of disciplined tracking, proactive communication, and the ability to make independent decisions to optimize our supply chain. You will report directly to the CEO.

• Order & Logistics Management: Track 10–15 daily shipments via Google Sheets; coordinate with logistics partners to schedule pickups, resolve delays, and improve service outcomes.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Align with Purchase (stock requirements), Sales (dispatch updates), Marketing (website/pricing issues), and Accounts (invoices).
• Strategic Oversight: Identify website inefficiencies (pricing/tech), suggest reliable logistics partners, and manage delivery schedule planning.
• Independent Decision Making: Take ownership of selecting delivery partners, rescheduling orders, and prioritizing tasks to prevent delays.
• Reporting: Maintain real-time order history and dispatch logs in Google Sheets; provide daily status updates and participate in weekly/monthly performance reviews.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Google Sheets and digital communication tools (Gmail, WhatsApp, Tracking Portals).
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to manage internal departments and external logistics partners effectively.
• Attributes: High attention to detail, analytical problem-solving, and the ability to work independently under the direct guidance of the CEO.
• Experience: Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or the automotive industry is highly preferred.
