Operations Executive

At Healic, we are building a new category of stress-free planned surgeries with parivar jaisi dekhbhaal, transparent pricing, and a seamless patient journey.

We are looking for a dynamic and patient-focused Operations Executive who can drive patient interactions, improve OPD conversions, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

• Handle inbound patient calls and queries with professionalism and empathy
• Convert patient inquiries into OPD visits (conversion-driven role)
• Provide basic medical guidance using common medical understanding
• Maintain and update patient data in CRM systems and Excel sheets
• Coordinate effectively between patients, doctors, and internal teams
• Ensure a seamless and high-quality patient experience through clear communication

• Education: Graduate (Medical background preferred)
• Experience: 0–1 year (Freshers can apply)
• Strong communication skills in English & Hindi (clear pronunciation)
• Basic understanding of patient handling and medical processes
• Comfortable working with CRM tools & MS Excel
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (day/night)
• Flexible with weekly offs (other than Sunday)
• Must reside within a 5 km radius of the office
