Operations Co-Founder

Looking for a Co-Founder (Operations) – Construction Tech Startup

Ezasu is a platform designed to simplify how construction materials are discovered, sourced, and purchased.

It aims to digitize the construction material supply chain by connecting suppliers, contractors, and customers in one streamlined marketplace.

Right now I’m looking for a co-founder who can lead on-ground execution and operations.

What you will do

• Lead supplier onboarding (electrical, plumbing, lighting, hardware, etc.)
• Build relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and shop owners
• Help develop the supply side of the marketplace
• Coordinate catalog collection and supplier data onboarding
• Work on contractor acquisition and partnerships
• Help design operational workflows for logistics and fulfillment
• Be the face of the company on the ground

Ideal Background:

You may have experience in one of the following:

• Construction material distribution
• Electrical / plumbing / hardware supply businesses
• Building material sales
• Industrial or B2B sales
• Marketplace operations
• Supply chain or logistics startups

Hands-on experience with dealer networks or supplier ecosystems is a big plus.

Equity

This is a co-founder role with meaningful equity, not a salaried position.
