About The Role Analyze operational data to identify trends, anomalies, and root causes of inefficiencies. Build, maintain, and enhance operational dashboards and reporting systems to support real-time decision-making. Handle daily data extraction, validation, and reporting requests. Partner with cross-functional teams (Safety, Operations, Business development) to deliver actionable insights and process improvements. Identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities using data analysis. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for insights and process improvements. About You Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in analytics, business operations, or operations strategy. Educational background in Business Analytics, Data Science, Technology, or related fields, preferably from Tier 1 / premier institutes. Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau. Strong communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
