Role Overview


We are looking for a highly detail-oriented & analytical, and proactive Operations Analyst to join our growing team in Bangalore. This role sits at the intersection of operations, customer experience, and analytics, helping ensure our processes scale effectively as the business grows.


The ideal candidate is execution-focused, comfortable working with data, and excited to solve operational challenges in a fast-paced startup environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Customer Success, Product, Engineering and Leadership to improve operational efficiency and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.


Key Responsibilities


Operations & Process Improvement

  • Monitor and manage day-to-day operational workflows to ensure smooth business operations
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and propose scalable process improvements
  • Support implementation of automation and technology-driven operational initiatives
  • Work cross-functionally to streamline internal processes and improve team productivity


Customer Operations

  • Support the resolution of customer queries and operational issues
  • Analyse recurring customer pain points and work with internal teams to improve the customer journey
  • Help maintain high operational and customer service standards


Analytics & Reporting

  • Analyse operational, customer, and campaign performance data
  • Build reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making
  • Track KPIs and provide actionable insights to leadership teams
  • Assist in identifying trends, risks, and opportunities within business operations


Projects & Strategic Initiatives

  • Support cross-functional projects across operations, customer experience, and business processes
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to track project timelines, deliverables, and execution progress
  • Assist in launching and testing new operational workflows and process improvements
  • Help identify opportunities for automation and operational scalability


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in operations, business analytics, consulting, customer operations, or related roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset


Good to Have

  • Experience working in a startup or fintech environment
  • Experience in customer-facing or operations-heavy roles
  • Experience in a communications-heavy role like content writing or customer success
