Roles and Responsibilities In this role, you have to work in operations for 3 months. Update contracts, rate sheets, and static data regularly on the system. Ensure all rates and packages on the portal are accurate and up-to-date. Compare portal rates and packages with competitors to maintain industry competitiveness. Identify and correct errors, including tracking and resolving quote failures. Maintain data integrity and ensure all static data is accurate and aligned with business standards. Collaborate on new projects aimed at streamlining processes and improving agent efficiency. Support initiatives that enable agents to sell more holiday packages effectively. Prepare reports and provide insights to optimize offerings and improve the portal experience. Desired Candidate Profile Ethical, hardworking, and 'passionate about startups' mindset Ability to understand and work with large sets of data Disciplined & process oriented Quick with numbers Knowledge of tools like excel Willing to learn more Excellent structured problem-solving ability Stipend: Starts at INR 25000 and can go upto INR 40000 by the end of 6 months. 1st Month- INR 25000 2nd Month- INR 25000 3rd Month- INR 25000 4th Month- INR 30000 5th Month- INR 35000 6th Month- INR 40000 Check if you fit in the role! You Must Be proficient in working with data / excel (e.g., Indexmatch, Multiple match, IF statements, Pivot Tables) Be detail oriented and patient to ensure all our pricing and content is accurate. You Can Read and analyze complex business information Hustle, Hustle, Hustle! You Want to Improve analytical skills Grow into category / product management This role is not ideal for someone who is not okay in working in operations for 3 months. not enjoy working on excel / spend majority of time on working with data. does not have strong attention to detail and data accuracy. not excited about working on Saturdays (6 days a week) not comfortable with long working hours i.e. 10 - 12 hours daily Important Points Office Location- Connaught Place, Delhi Work Timings - 9:30 till work gets over. You are considering joining a startup. Building anything of value takes time. The majority of our exits happen within the first 2 months of people joining because new joiners are not able to adjust to the high pace environment. You can expect 10-12 hours of work in a day!
