Life changes, and full-time corporate grind isn't always feasible after marriage or when family obligations take over. But it’s a massive waste when brilliant strategic minds have to sit on the sidelines because of rigid 9-to-5 expectations.

I’m looking to hire someone sharp and accomplished who is currently based in Goa and looking for a meaningful part-time gig.

Ideally, you’re someone who already has a solid foundation in corporate strategy and understands how different business functions tie together to make operations run smoothly.

The Gig:

• The Hours: Part-time, half-days, 5 days a week. It’s designed to fit around your life and family commitments.
• The Pay: To be completely transparent, the starting salary isn't going to compete with a massive corporate package, but it is negotiable and fair for the hours.
• The Expectation: I need someone who takes extreme ownership of their work. If you have a high degree of accountability and a genuine desire to learn and excel, we will get along great.
