We are seeking an experienced Operational Sales Manager to lead and oversee sales operations for our luxury real estate segment, focusing on premium residential properties starting from ₹6 Cr. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing the sales team, and building strong relationships with high-net-worth clients. This role requires strong leadership, operational management, and expertise in luxury property sales.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
- Manage and streamline daily sales operations to ensure efficiency and performance.
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), investors, and premium clients.
- Oversee lead generation strategies and ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and property site visits to facilitate luxury property sales.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Negotiate and close high-value transactions while ensuring an exceptional client experience.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to strengthen brand positioning and promotional campaigns.
- Train, mentor, and manage sales executives to improve performance and productivity.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in real estate sales or sales operations.
- Proven experience in luxury real estate or high-value property sales.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent skills in lead generation, client relationship management, and deal closure.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
- Strong understanding of luxury client expectations and real estate market dynamics.
- Ability to handle high-profile clients with professionalism and discretion.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
