Must have skills required: Operations Management, SOP TatvaCare is Looking for: Key areas would be: Hard core operations person who has run day to day ops and has experience coordinating between teams, solving daily bottlenecks, managing dispatch or fulfilment workflows, and handling escalations. SOP building and making sure people follow them Good at excel - Build basic dashboards, Track daily ops KPIs, Convert insights ? actions Bonus: Experience improving TAT, SLA, error %, or delivery rates through data. Does RCA's, can build error-prevention mechanisms, does audits, Improves error rates Cross-functional Collaboration - Inside Sales, Packaging, Pharmacy, Accounts Skill set: Technical & Operational Skills Workflow management Order dispatch & logistics coordination Inventory or pharmacy ops familiarity SOP creation Quality control & audits RCA documentation Basic automation skills Dashboard creation (Sheets, Excel, Data Studio) Soft Skills Team leadership Problem solving under pressure Action and ownership oriented Detail orientation Strong follow-through Ability to work with pharmacists, inside sales, logistics and 3PL staff Clear communication Patience + firmness balance Doesn't act like a boss, rather supports the team thrive How to apply for this opportunity?
