Role Description

This full-time, on-site Operation Executive role is based in Virudhunagar. The Operation Executive will oversee daily operations, ensure efficient management of resources, and provide administrative support to maintain smooth workflows. Responsibilities include coordinating and implementing operations strategies, managing communication channels between various stakeholders, analyzing performance metrics, and identifying opportunities for improvement. The role requires fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring targets are met through effective planning and execution.

Qualifications

• Strong operational expertise, including Operations and Operations Management skills
• Sharp Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and solve problems
• Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills to build relationships and collaborate effectively
• Proven ability to manage teams and deliver outcomes within deadlines
• Proficiency in using operational tools and software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field
• Previous experience in the education or tutoring industry is preferred
