This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operation Executive (Real Estate) based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Operation Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring streamlined processes within the real estate division. Key tasks include managing operational workflows, coordinating with internal teams, analyzing operational performance, and communicating effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment and efficiency.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams and stakeholders
• Experience in operations and operations management
• Well-developed analytical skills to evaluate processes and improve operational efficiency
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
