About the Role

We are looking for an Operations Executive (Urdu Mandatory) who can manage member-facing operations with professionalism, empathy, and strong process ownership. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling day-to-day operational workflows while ensuring a high-quality member experience.


You will be responsible for managing profile verification workflows, supporting members with queries, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining operational quality standards. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Urdu, with the ability to communicate effectively with members and provide support with clarity and care.


What You’ll Do

  • Manage profile verification workflows by reviewing new member profiles, documents, and photos for authenticity and guideline compliance.
  • Handle member support operations by responding to queries, resolving concerns, and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Assist premium members with profile-related support, guidance, and coordination to ensure a better platform experience.
  • Coordinate with support, marketing, product, and internal operations teams to resolve member issues end-to-end.
  • Maintain operational trackers and reports such as verification queues, response times, issue logs, and resolution rates.
  • Identify recurring member complaints, operational gaps, and process inefficiencies, and share recommendations for improvement.
  • Support quality checks and ensure members receive accurate, timely, and professional communication.
  • Help improve operational workflows to enhance member satisfaction and internal efficiency.


What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in operations, customer support operations, back-office operations, or member service roles.
  • Urdu is mandatory for this role — candidates must be fluent in Urdu, both spoken and written.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to handle member interactions professionally and empathetically.
  • Good understanding of matrimony, matchmaking, or member service workflows is preferred.
  • Organized, process-driven, and comfortable managing trackers, spreadsheets, and reporting tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail, patience, and problem-solving ability.


Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with CRM or support tools such as Zoho, Freshdesk, or similar platforms.
  • Working knowledge of Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel for reporting and tracking.
  • Prior experience in customer-facing internet platforms, relationship services, or membership-based businesses.
