Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Onsite Manager located in Noida. The Onsite Manager will oversee daily operations at project sites, ensuring smooth execution of project plans within timelines and budgets. Responsibilities include supervising construction teams, coordinating with architects and designers, monitoring progress, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and addressing any on-site challenges. Strong collaboration with clients, vendors, and internal teams will be essential to the role.

Qualifications

• Project Management and Leadership skills, with the ability to oversee teams and manage site activities effectively.
• Knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and quality control practices.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in architecture and Interiors design projects, with a focus on sustainable practices, is a plus.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools for project management and design review.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
• Prior experience in managing construction or design projects on site is preferred.
