Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager with a strong Healthcare background and proven experience as a Technical Delivery Lead. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful execution of healthcare technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple healthcare IT projects/programs from initiation to delivery
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and leadership
• Drive project planning, execution, risk management, and status reporting
• Manage project timelines, budgets, scope, and resource allocation
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams
• Ensure successful delivery of enterprise healthcare applications and integrations
• Track project milestones and provide regular updates to senior management
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and project governance meetings
• Identify risks/issues and implement mitigation strategies
• Support production deployments and post-implementation activities

Required Skills

• Strong experience as a Project Manager / Program Manager
• Extensive Healthcare industry experience
• Experience working as a Technical Delivery Lead
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies
• Experience managing large-scale enterprise application projects
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar tools
• Ability to manage offshore/onshore coordination
