About Us:
GenieClasses, operated by Pandachamp Private Limited,
is a fast-growing online learning platform offering personalized 1:1 tutoring for students from Grades 1–12 across CBSE, IB, IGCSE, IBDP, and other international curricula.
We focus on building strong concepts, confidence, and a love for learning through engaging and structured sessions.

📌 Role Overview
We are looking for passionate and dedicated teachers who believe in going beyond syllabus completion and enjoy helping students truly understand concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct one-on-one online sessions tailored to each student
• Teach students across different grade levels (Grades 1–12)
• Prepare structured lesson plans based on student needs
• Strengthen conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills
• Track student progress and provide regular feedback
• Create a positive, engaging, and motivating learning environment
• Maintain punctuality and consistency in scheduled classes
📚 Subjects Currently Hiring

International Curriculum Teachers:
• English
• Mathematics
• Science
• French

Other Subjects:
• Hindi
• Tamil & other regional languages
• Calligraphy, Painting, Art & Craft
• Yoga
• Computer Science (coding) & AI

⏰ Work Structure
• Fully remote (work from home)
• Flexible, ad hoc scheduling based on student demand
• Minimum commitment: 5–14 hours per week
Teaching Time Windows:
• 12:00 PM – 4:00 PM IST (International students)
• 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM IST (India students)
(Availability for at least 3 hours daily within these slots is preferred)
💰 Compensation
• ₹300 – ₹800 per hour (based on experience & subject expertise)
• Performance-based incentives based on student feedback and retention

✅ Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of teaching/tutoring experience (preferably online)
• Strong subject knowledge
• Ability to teach Grades 1–12
• Familiarity with IB / IGCSE / Cambridge / international boards is a plus
• Excellent communication and student engagement skills
• Comfortable with online teaching tools (Zoom/Google Meet + whiteboard)
• Stable internet connection, laptop, and pen tablet
• Dedicated and quiet teaching setup
