Role Description
Strategize First Private Limited is seeking an experienced Online Business Manager for a full-time, on-site position at our Gurgaon office. The role will involve overseeing day-to-day business operations, managing online businesses, and ensuring seamless coordination across teams. Key responsibilities include managing virtual assistants, leading e-business initiatives, overseeing business projects, coordinating sales efforts, and ensuring timely delivery of goals. The Online Business Manager will also collaborate closely with leadership to drive business performance and operational efficiency, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Virtual Assistance and managing remote support teams effectively
- Expertise in E-business operations and tools, with experience in online platforms
- Proficiency in Business Management and a demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions
- Experience in coordinating Sales operations and meeting business targets
- Project Management skills, including planning, organizing, and executing business projects
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration

About the Role
* Profile: Online Business Manager
* Role: Full Time
* Location: Remote (Work from home / anywhere)
* Work hours: Monday to Friday / US Shift
o 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST
o 9:30 PM – 6:30 AM IST
What you'll do?
Working with dynamic growing entrepreneurs, helping them with administrative, executive, and
operations tasks as mentioned below -
* Administrative and executive assistance – Helping businesses and key executives with various
admin and executive tasks such as inbox and calendar management, planning itineraries,
summarizing minutes of meetings, creating business presentations, and much more.
* Online research and documentation – Helping clients with summarized
research(primary/secondary), helping them to make key business decisions.
* Maintaining Database and MIS Reporting – Working on various databases and entrusted with
data collection, data cleansing, validation, formatting, and representation of data.
* Lead Generation & CRM – Helping businesses find quality leads using various online platforms
and web scraping methods. Uploading leads on CRM platforms, update status, and create a
workflow for leads as and when required.
* Project Management and Coordination – Coordinating with various executives, departments, and
vendors for ongoing projects and events. To Ensure that deadlines are being met and any bumps
are reported to the stakeholders promptly.
* Any other admin support task as and when assigned – To help key executives in the company
with any other support task as and when assigned.
What are we looking for?
* Minimum 2 years of full-time employment experience
* A stable career employment track record
* Impeccable written and spoken English
* Aptitude for mathematics and logic
* Experience in resolving work-conflict situations
* Ability to be self-driven and well-organized
One year Contract & Two months of Probation period

* WiFi – 100 Mbps internet speed
* Laptop with 8 GB RAM (Windows)
* Minimum Intel i5 / i3 (9th Gen processor)
