Role Description The Digital Growth Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role focuses on driving digital expansion and brand visibility by planning and executing online growth strategies across multiple channels. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing digital performance metrics, identifying new audience segments, and optimizing campaigns to increase engagement, leads, and conversions. The Digital Growth Executive will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital initiatives with business goals, coordinate with field operations to translate on-ground insights into digital strategies, and prepare regular performance reports and growth roadmaps. The role also involves monitoring industry trends, testing new tools and platforms, and recommending data-driven improvements to enhance Brisk Olive’s online presence.
Qualifications
  • Strong skills in digital strategy, online campaign planning, and performance optimization.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and use of analytics tools to interpret user behavior and campaign results.
  • Experience with social media management, content planning, and audience engagement across major platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM principles, lead generation tactics, and basic marketing automation concepts.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with operations, sales, and technical teams to implement growth initiatives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and clarity in documentation.
  • Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple projects, and meet timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field; prior experience in digital marketing or growth roles is preferred.
