Role Overview

We are looking for an Onboarding Specialist to identify and onboard educators and content creators for our online platform. This role focuses on researching digital platforms to find relevant creators and bring them onto our ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Research YouTube and other online platforms to identify educators and content creators

Shortlist suitable candidates based on content quality, subject relevance, and audience

Reach out to candidates and explain opportunities

Support the candidates through the onboarding and initial setup process

Skills & Requirements

Good understanding of YouTube and online content platforms

Strong communication and follow-up skills

Ability to evaluate content quality and creator potential

Organized and detail-oriented

Comfortable with research, outreach, and coordination

Experience in edtech or digital platforms is a plus
