Onboarding Specialist

Immediate Joiners Only

Location - IBC, Knowledge Park, Bangalore

Job Description:

• Candidate experience record creation, email id creation, issue of id & access card, activation of access – Sending welcome email to the new joiners with key links.
• Managing end to end On-Boarding process for all Calsoft employees in Bangalore location & managing employee personal files as per the requirement - ensure 100% documentation.
• Briefing the application forms. Clearing the doubts & answering the queries. Taking the new joiners through induction / presentation, Briefing about Organization
• Liaising with Staffing team for new hires joining list prior to the On-Boarding day and validating the position codes if any.
• Maintaining new joiners data and publish the same to the respective reporting managers and relevant stakeholders.
• Issuing of Appointment Order hard copies, NDA etc to the new joiners and get it signed by them. Keeping the Joining kit printed for the On Boarding day.
• Document Validations post which offer release process / Follow up for the missing documents.
• Updating employee data in HRM system tool to activate the employee ID and mail ID. Liaising with concern teams for ID card and Access card creation for new joiners.
• Collecting the PF & ESI forms, handing over to the respective teams
