Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Operations Executive to join our team and manage core HR operational functions. This is a full-time role based in Ahmedabad, combining administrative expertise with strategic HR support.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Administration:

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations including employee onboarding, offboarding, and record-keeping.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Administer HRIS and ensure data integrity.

Payroll & Benefits:

  • Coordinate with Finance for accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
  • Assist employees with benefits inquiries and resolve related issues.

Employee Relations:

  • Address employee queries and concerns, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Assist in conflict resolution and mediation between employees and management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, MS Office Suite, and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
