OMS Senior Developer

Job Description

Must Have Minimum 5+ years of eCommerce/OMS experience. 3+ years of Blue Yonder/Manhattan Active Omni/Fluent Ecommerce OMS/Kibo Commerce / Sterling OMS experience is highly preferred. Good hands on experience in developing enterprise microservices applications. Java Springboot being the preferred one. Should possess a good domain understanding of OMS including relating business needs to technical outcomes. Should have deep expertize in both Order Processing as well as Inventory Management and have all the deep knowledge needed for implementing Omni Channel Retail for customers leveraging OMS capabilities starting from eComm TOF use journey. Deep knowledge of integrations via a MW enterprise is sought after primarily since OMS sits as the heart of retail landscape with integrations across enterprises. Knowledge of methodologies used for such integrations, packages and frameworks etc., hold great importance. Good hands on experience in at least one of the Cloud Services (AWS/Azure/GCP) - AWS will have weightage. Knowledge of event driven architecture and reactive microservices programming will be an added advantage. Should be aware about general cloud services like API Gateways, Serverless Functions, Message Broker services like Event Bus/Event Bridge/Kafka/Kinesis etc. Good knowledge of API concepts, technologies such as REST, JSON, GraphQL and Swagger. Knowledge of integrations via API?s and third-party systems (specifically Payment gateway, Fraud check, Address Validations, Tax services etc) Strong knowledge of latest web technologies, CI/CD concepts etc. Good knowledge of in memory / distributed caching mechanisms like Spring/EhCache or Redis. Good Retail domain knowledge. Proficiency in Agile methodologies and JIRA preferred. Qualifications Good knowledge of working in cloud native environments. Added advantage if having experience in integration layers Kafka, Kinesis, payload transformations, adhering to NFRs using the message broker etc. Professional Skill Requirements Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. Desire to work in an information systems environment. Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
