As an Omni-Sport Advisor, you’ll be the face of our brand—driving both our in-store experience and our digital omnichannel growth.

• Deliver WOW Customer Experiences: Greet, connect, and guide users to understand their unique sporting needs. Build and engage with local sports communities.
• Be a Layout & Omnichannel Expert: Keep our store layout looking best-in-class, introduce customers to our online catalog, and find smart ways to grow your sport's presence in the local area.
• Drive Sustainable Change: Champion our "Planet" goals by promoting circular economy initiatives (like Second Life products and reducing waste).

• A passionate sports enthusiast.
• Customer-first mindset with a proactive, "satisfied or satisfied" attitude.
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, omnichannel retail environment.
