Job Description

Position: OMCR Analyst (Infra, Fiber & Energy) Role Overview The Monitoring & Reporting Executive is responsible for end-to-end tracking, analysis, and reporting of key operational parameters across Infrastructure, Fiber, and Energy domains. The role involves proactive monitoring, data consolidation, preparing dashboards, and generating actionable insights to support internal teams and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Monitoring & Analysis Continuously monitor critical domain parameters related to Infrastructure, Fiber Network, and Energy systems. Identify abnormalities, performance gaps, and potential risks to ensure smooth network and infra operations. Perform root-cause analysis and escalate issues to relevant teams for timely resolution. Reporting & Data Management Prepare and maintain MIS reports on daily, weekly, and monthly intervals. Create and update performance dashboards for leadership review and cross-functional teams. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely publishing of reports for internal and external stakeholders. Performance Insights Analyze operational trends, KPIs, and SLA performance to provide meaningful insights. Highlight deviations and recommend corrective actions for improved operational efficiency. Support management in decision-making through structured data-backed presentations. Tools & Documentation Utilize MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools to prepare professional reports, charts, and presentations. Maintain documentation of SOPs, reporting processes, and historical data for compliance and audit requirements. Skills & Competencies Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of MS Excel formulas, pivot tables, charts, and dashboards. Ability to interpret technical parameters from Infra, Fiber, and Energy systems. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and documentation abilities. Detail-oriented with a focus on timely delivery and data accuracy. Experience: 1 to 2 Years Qualification: Diploma / B. Tech. Location: Bangalore.
