Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage corporate relationships
• Drive campus placements and internship opportunities
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment drives
• Organize career development and employability initiatives
• Collaborate with academic teams to enhance student placement outcomes

Requirements:

• Master's degree (MBA/PGDM preferred)
• 2–8 years of experience in Training & Placement, Campus Recruitment, Corporate Relations, HR Recruitment, or Business Development
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
