Position Title: Officer / Sr. Officer / Assistant Manager (Stores)

Location: Sarlanagar Cement Works, Sedam

Professional Qualifications: Any Degree / Engineering Graduate

Preferably : Engineering

Critical Job Competencies / Mandatory Skills

Oversee the unloading of incoming shipments from vendors, suppliers, and freight carriers, ensuring adherence to safe handling practices. Verify delivered materials against POs, delivery notes, packing lists, and invoices to confirm accuracy in quantity, quality, and specifications. Inspect items for breakages, damage, or defects and identify any deficiencies. Manage rejection processes, storage, labelling, housekeeping, and safety procedures of large size Stores in integrated units.

KRA 1: Inward & Outward materials, safe unloading and accounting. Good knowledge in SAP and MDRM.

KRA 2: Repairs / Services/FOC accounting procedures. Logistics knowledge is preferrable.

KRA 3: Timely clearing the 103 Mvt, GRNs, RTs, PO/SO issues, SES entries and good writing skills.

KRA 4: Timely arranging Joint inspection & approvals of inward materials, coordination with user Dept,

KRA 5: Managing the RGP/NRGP, Rejections, Shortages, Excess materials and Case IDs. MIS of Receiving Section
