Learners can explore around 1,000 course listings from more than 200 institutions to make informed decisions about their academic and career paths. EduCaza is expanding its reach internationally and has begun collaborations with educational institutions in England and China, creating broader opportunities for students and partners.
Role Description The Office Staff role at EduCaza is a full-time, on-site position based in Kottakkal. This role involves managing day-to-day office operations, including handling incoming calls and inquiries, organizing documents, and maintaining accurate records. The office staff member will support administrative processes, assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoice tracking and expense recording, and coordinate communication between students, institutions, and internal teams. Responsibilities also include greeting visitors, providing customer service at the front desk, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a professional and efficient office environment. The role requires consistent collaboration with colleagues to support smooth workflows and timely completion of tasks.

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with students, institutions, and colleagues.
- Candidates should possess Office Administration and Administrative Assistance skills for organizing documentation, managing schedules, and supporting daily operations.
- Candidates should possess basic Accounting skills for handling invoices, tracking expenses, and supporting financial record-keeping.
- Candidates should have proficiency with office software (such as word processing, spreadsheets, and email tools) and the ability to learn new systems.
- Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced office environment.
- Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or degree in business, commerce, or a related field is an advantage.
- Previous experience in an office, educational, or customer-facing environment is preferred but not mandatory.
