This is a high-impact hybrid role, working closely with the founder and core team to manage operations, streamline workflows, and drive business growth.
🔧 What You’ll Do
• Oversee day-to-day operations, calendars, and project coordination
• Manage client communication, contracts, and documentation
• Ensure smooth workflow across teams, timelines, and deliverables
• Support founder with planning, execution, and decision tracking
• Drive business development—lead generation, outreach, proposals, closures
• Strengthen brand presence through partnerships and consistent client experience
🎯 Who You Are
• 3–7 years of experience in operations / business development
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
• Strong communicator with ownership mindset
• Comfortable multitasking in fast-paced, creative environments
• Entrepreneurial thinker who enjoys building systems from scratch
