Role Description
We are looking for an Office Incharge cum Dispatch professional to manage office administration and dispatch operations in our Ludhiana facility. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on overseeing day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating with team members, handling dispatch activities, maintaining inventory records, managing office supplies, addressing operational issues, and fostering effective communication with clients and vendors. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth workflow in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Office Administration expertise to manage day-to-day operations and ensure smooth processes.
- Experience handling Office Equipment and maintaining operational efficiency in an office setting.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively.
- Basic proficiency in using technology and software for office management and scheduling.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in dispatch or logistics management would be an advantage.
