Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Executive based in Bhubaneswar. The Office Executive will perform a range of administrative tasks including managing office processes, providing client service, and supporting accounting activities. Additional responsibilities include maintaining smooth daily operations, assisting with Material Handling Process, and facilitating effective communication across teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Softwares like Excel, Powerpoint & Word
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration for managing day-to-day operations efficiently
- Basic Accounting skills to support financial transactions and office budgeting
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Previous experience in office management or administration is a plus
- Bachelor’s /Diploma degree in Mechanical Engineering is preferred
