About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and organized Office Coordinator to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to manage day-to-day office operations efficiently. This role requires someone who can coordinate administrative activities, support the sales team, and help ensure smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and incoming calls.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and office schedules.
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
- Assist with preparing reports, correspondence, and other business documents.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and service providers as needed.
- Support the sales and operations teams with administrative requirements.
- Ensure the office is well-organized and operates efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer applications.
- A professional, customer-focused, and positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in office administration, office coordination, or a related administrative role.
- Experience working in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
