About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Coordinator to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to manage day-to-day office operations efficiently. This role requires someone who can coordinate administrative activities, support the sales team, and help ensure smooth office functioning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and incoming calls.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and office schedules.
  • Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
  • Assist with preparing reports, correspondence, and other business documents.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and service providers as needed.
  • Support the sales and operations teams with administrative requirements.
  • Ensure the office is well-organized and operates efficiently.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer applications.
  • A professional, customer-focused, and positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
