Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Coordinator located in Jeddah. The Office Coordinator will be responsible for the managing daily administrative tasks, maintaining office equipment, handling phone communications professionally, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring efficient office operations. Additional responsibilities may include organizing schedules, coordinating meetings, and supporting team members in various capacities.
Qualifications
- Experience in Administrative Assistance and proficiency with the CEO
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Customer Service skills
- Excellent Communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and manage time efficiently
- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is a plus
