Role Description The Office Attendant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ludhiana. The Office Attendant will support day-to-day office operations, including maintaining cleanliness of office spaces, meeting rooms, and common areas, and ensuring supplies such as stationery, drinking water, and refreshments are available. Responsibilities include handling basic document movement, assisting with photocopying and printing, arranging meeting rooms and seating, and providing general support to staff and visitors. The role may involve managing incoming and outgoing mail or courier packages, running small office errands within or nearby the premises, and coordinating with administrative personnel for minor maintenance needs. The Office Attendant is expected to follow safety and security guidelines, maintain punctuality, and contribute to a well-organized, professional workplace.

Qualifications

  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization of office areas, meeting rooms, and common spaces.
  • Basic office support skills, including handling documents, photocopying, printing, and assisting with meeting room setup.
  • Customer service and interpersonal skills to interact politely and professionally with staff, visitors, and vendors.
  • Reliability and time management skills, including punctual attendance and the ability to prioritize routine tasks.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting light office supplies, moving chairs or small equipment, and standing or walking for extended periods.
  • Basic reading and writing skills; familiarity with office environments is preferred.
  • Prior experience as an office attendant, office helper, or in a similar support role is an advantage.
  • Willingness to follow company policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality standards.
