Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office and Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The Office and Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating logistics activities and overseeing showroom and samples management to support our sales and distribution processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate logistics and transportation activities, including arranging shipments, tracking orders, and ensuring on-time delivery of products to customers.
  • Liaise with clients, freight forwarders, and transportation providers to coordinate outbound shipments and resolve logistics issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and shipment details.
  • Manage showroom operations, including organizing product displays, coordinating customer visits, and providing product information and samples as needed.
  • Coordinate the management of product samples, including organizing samples inventory, preparing sample kits for sales presentations, and tracking sample designing.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and organizing company events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Previous experience in office administration, logistics coordination, or related roles within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency and experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of logistics and transportation processes, including freight forwarding, customs clearance, and import/export regulations, is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
