Job Description
Nebulous Design Workshop Pvt. Ltd. is looking to hire an Office Administrator / HR Coordinator to support our architectural practice in Bangalore.
We are a small and dynamic team of 18 people and are looking for someone who can help ensure that our office operations run smoothly while also assisting with essential HR coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure smooth functioning of the studio
• Coordinate internal communication and support staff with operational needs
• Maintain office records, documentation, and administrative systems
• Assist with HR processes including onboarding of new employees
• Maintain attendance records and support basic HR documentation
• Coordinate employee requirements and support overall team organization
• Prepare quotations, coordinate vendor communication, and assist with basic procurement of office or project-related requirements
• Assist leadership with scheduling, coordination, and general administrative tasks
Requirements:
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a small team environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of office administration and HR processes
• Proficiency in standard office tools and documentation
